Alhamdulillah.. syukran jazilan ya ALLAH.. Kelas pertama kami dlm tahun 2012..

Sebenarnya ramai yg mengemail kami bertanyakan kelas baking & decorating.. tapi ketika itu kami belum berkesempatan lagi kerana jadual baking yg sgt padat.. Furthermore kami ini baru setahun jagung.. byk lagi yg perlu kami pelajari sblum kami boleh mengajar org lain.. mengajar ini pada sy satu tanggungjawab yg sgt berat.. bukan hanya yuran diberikan kpd kami tapi seluruh kepercayaan dan pengharapan diletakkan diatas bahu kami.. oleh itu kami kena betul2 bersiap sedia utk memikul tanggungjawab ini.. bukan sekadar melepaskan batuk ditangga..

Alhamdulillah.. kami rasa dh smpi masa kami meluangkan sedikit dari masa yg ada utk membantu rakan2 yg baru nak menceburi bidang baking & decorating ni.. Insyallah tahun 2012 ini kami lebih bersedia utk berkongsi sedikit ilmu yg ada ini.. pd yg sudi la ya.. hihi..

Kelas yg kami akan adakan ini lebih kepada kelas buat sendiri aka DIY (do it yourself). Dalam kelas ini anda akan terlibat sama dalam penghasilan produk2 anda. Dari mengadun sehingga lah memasukkan kotak. Semua produk2 yg dihasilkan boleh la dibwk balik ya *wink* Kelas ini anda boleh ikuti secara peribadi atau berkumpulan.. Maksimum hanya 3 orang dalam satu masa (buat masa ini) tak mo ramai2 nti tak boleh nak concerntrate.. so sgt sesuai utk yg malu2 nak beramai2.. hihi

Sepanjang kelas.. tips n tricks will be shared.. and we will guide u throughout the process in production of good product.. insyallah..

Pembuka kelas awl tahun ni adalah Heryati.. yg mengikuti kelas Wedding Stacked Cake.. ibu mengandung (sedang menunggu hari je ni) ini sgt bersemangat.. tabik spring sy kat Yati.. masih mampu berdiri, tiada keluh kesah.. sehingga selesai semua.. kelas bermula dari pukul 9.30 pagi .. we do it slow and steady.. hihi.. Yati mmg very determine to attend our class before dia bersalin.. alhamdulillah.. kata yati.. nanti dh bersalin.. lagi lama cuti nya seblm dpt ke kelas kami.. hihi..

Yati ni peramah, friendly and polite.. ok.. jom tgk apa yg we share ngan Yati during our class ya..

Alhamdulillah.. kelas selesai pukul 6.30 ptg despite all the noises n gangguan2 dari ank2 sy.. huhu.. harap yati berpuas hati ya.. jgn serik..

Lama sudah blog ini tak diupdate.. bukan kerana penyakit "M" tapi kesuntukan masa yg menyebabkan blog ini terpinggir.. byk aktivitinya.. mana dengan baking nya.. mana dengan melayan ank2 cuti sekolah ni.. smpi terasa yg kami ni langsung tak der rest :-( tapi tak per.. yg penting customer n anak2 happy :D

Email pun kami cuba sedaya upaya utk membalasnya.. cuma kalo date yg u request tu lama lagi (after March).. lmbt sikit la kami akn reply ya.. kami akn dahulukan orders utk bulan Jan & Feb ya.. harap maklum ;-)

Kelas request DIY (Do It Yourself) pertama kami ni direquest oleh Ayu dari Kluang.. tokey kek lapis Ayu ni.. jdi agak mudah kelas DIY utk Ayu.. sbb byk perkara tentang baking Ayu dah tau..

Kek yg Ayu request adalah Italian Rainbow Cake, Red Velvet Cake and Toffee Banana Chocolate Cake. Suami Ayu adalah seorg pengusaha resort di Gunung Lambak.. jdi sgt sesuai la kek2 ini dijual di cafe resort..

Semoga segala ilmu dan tunjuk ajar dari kami dapat memberi manfaat kpd Ayu utk terus berjaya :D

Alhamdulillah.. bersyukur kpd ALLAH.. kerana akhirnya dpt jg kami berguru dgn Kak Anita dan Anissa dari Cupcake Confetti Anita Masitah.. dah lama kami envy hasil kerja mother n daughter ni.. mmg impressive.. pendek kata FB mereka ni sentiasa menjadi sarapan dan supper kami selalu..hihi.. pecah rahsia..huhu

Alhamdulillah.. tak der masalah nak siapkan pulut kuning ni.. utk pengetahuan semua.. sy lebih suka mendecorasi dlm keadaan fresh.. pagi nak sediakan decorasi pulut.. baru sy ke pasar.. utk membeli bahan2 hiasan.. yg telah ditempah 2-3 hari awl.. supaya semuanya rasa sedap bila dimakan.. tapi yg menjadi kesulitan jika bahan2 decorasi tidak mencukupi.. ada ketika nya.. parsley tak der.. kata nyonya tu.. dh 3 hari brg tak smpi.. aduhh.. pening.. penah jg.. udang fresh tak der.. mcm nak nangis.. jdi ketika berhadapan dgn situasi begini.. kami mendecorasi dgn apa yg ada.. jdi bila customer request specific deco.. yg penah kami buat dulu.. harap maaf ya tak dpt la kami nak penuhi... :(( sbb ada antara bahan2 yg nak digunakan tu tak der.. tapi jgn bimbang.. kami kan cuba improvise.. dn cuba buat yg terbaik..

Dan 1 lagi.. bagi yg berminat nak order pulut kuning utk cutting pulut ceremony.. pulut ini dinasihatkan utk pick up pada pagi majlis peerkahwinan.. or apa2 majlis la pun.. amik pada hari yg sma.. sbb.. semua bahan2 yg digunakan adalah fresh.. takut daun layu.. udang dah tak sedap bila di makan.. jdi mmg tak digalakkan pick up sehari awl..

Notes: it is not advisable to pick up cake too early.. especially kek yg ada fondant figurine.. dan yg menggunakan cream cheese.. kek yg ada fondant figurine ditakuti fondant nya melekit (esp kalo rumah kita panas lembap.. kerana sifat fondant yg sensitif) dan cream cheese yg cepat berubah rasa.. kami akn advise mana yg terbaik utk customer.. supaya kek yg anda dpt nanti fresh. kerana life span cake ni tak lama.. 4-5 days je dlm suhu rumah..
