Penah tu sampai 2 minggu tak der strawberry.. huhu.. n kebetulan order kali ni masa CNY.. lagi la kami penasaran.. alhamdulillah sib baik ada yg belikan.. hihi.. jasamu dikenang.. so tercapai la hasrat pengantin nak wedding cake dgn tema merah putih (except for pink cupcakes.. huhu tak perasan.. dh siap baru teringt.. kalo tak mmg kami merahkan cupcake tu.. hihi.. sorry dear)

psssttt: *sigh* tak tau la kenapa.. lately sume gambar2 yg sy post kat sini.. blurrr... sedangkan kalo tgk sblm di upload di sini. ok je.. haisshhh.. sy pun tak paham.. sy ni bukan reti sgt bab2 ni.. so kalo ada kwn2 yg boleh share knp masalah ni berlaku.. let me know ya.. either kat wall FB or email kami ya.. cp_blicious@yahoo.com. so that action can be taken immediately.. tqvm..

n satu lagi.. berkenaan pemilihan cake/cupcake flavour/selection. its about red velvet.. ramai jg yg selalu memilih RV.. utk dijadikan hantaran or cake utk cutting cake ceremony.. at first we pressume yg memilih RV ni dah tau how it taste.. but later we discover they have no clue at all how it taste.. RV ni kan pada kami rasa dia undefine.. RV ni boleh dikatakan continental cake or hotel cake..n best eaten n served with cream cheese frosting.. n hanya kekacang mcm walnut, pecan (mahal gila sekrg harga dia RM79 sekilo but we still use it), yg sedap dimakan bersama.. kek dia mmg sedap!!!! taste dia heaven!!! kalo tak, tak kan la kami ada customer yg order cake ni all the time.. n even wedding cake pun nak RV + Cream Cheese jg.. however bila dimakan dgn buttercream rasa dia tidak menyerlah.. like we said earlier la.. undefine.. sbb tu bila yg makan with buttercream akn tnyer.. rasa apa kek ni???!!! bila yg emailkan kami form with selection of RV + buttercream dan bertnye sedap tak.. kami akn terangkan.. but ada jg yg tak bertnyer..  itu yg kami anggap u dah biasa dgn RV, or ada jg yg insist nak kan RV + buttercream, even we dh terangkan.. Cream Cheese kami ni pulak.. agak tak 'friendly' dgn fondant.. (ni pengalaman kami la ya) apatah lagi kalo nak dijadikan hantaran.. fondant yg mmg tak boleh masuk peti ais.. n cream cheese who needs chiller all the times..huhu.. so definitely is not a good combination.. don't u think.. *sigh*..we're in awkward position here.. when all the blames is on us :((

KELAS | WEDDING STACKED CAKE

Alhamdulillah.. syukran jazilan ya ALLAH.. Kelas pertama kami dlm tahun 2012.. 

Sebenarnya ramai yg mengemail kami bertanyakan kelas baking & decorating.. tapi ketika itu kami belum berkesempatan lagi kerana jadual baking yg sgt padat.. Furthermore kami ini baru setahun jagung.. byk lagi yg perlu kami pelajari sblum kami boleh mengajar org lain.. mengajar ini pada sy satu tanggungjawab yg sgt berat.. bukan hanya yuran diberikan kpd kami tapi seluruh kepercayaan dan pengharapan diletakkan diatas bahu kami.. oleh itu kami kena betul2 bersiap sedia utk memikul tanggungjawab ini.. bukan sekadar melepaskan batuk ditangga..

Alhamdulillah.. kami rasa dh smpi masa kami meluangkan sedikit dari masa yg ada utk membantu rakan2 yg baru nak menceburi bidang baking & decorating ni.. Insyallah tahun 2012 ini kami lebih bersedia utk berkongsi sedikit ilmu yg ada ini.. pd yg sudi la ya.. hihi..

Kelas yg kami akan adakan ini lebih kepada kelas buat sendiri aka DIY (do it yourself). Dalam kelas ini anda akan terlibat sama dalam penghasilan produk2 anda. Dari mengadun sehingga lah memasukkan kotak. Semua produk2 yg dihasilkan boleh la dibwk balik ya *wink* Kelas ini anda boleh ikuti secara peribadi atau berkumpulan.. Maksimum hanya 3 orang dalam satu masa (buat masa ini) tak mo ramai2 nti tak  boleh  nak concerntrate.. so sgt sesuai utk yg malu2 nak beramai2.. hihi

Sepanjang kelas.. tips n tricks will be shared.. and we will guide u throughout the process in production of good product.. insyallah.. 

Pembuka kelas awl tahun ni adalah Heryati.. yg mengikuti kelas Wedding Stacked Cake.. ibu mengandung (sedang menunggu hari je ni) ini sgt bersemangat.. tabik spring sy kat Yati.. masih mampu berdiri, tiada keluh kesah.. sehingga selesai semua.. kelas bermula dari pukul 9.30 pagi .. we do it slow and steady.. hihi.. Yati mmg very determine to attend our class before dia bersalin.. alhamdulillah.. kata yati.. nanti dh bersalin.. lagi lama cuti nya seblm dpt ke kelas kami.. hihi.. 

Yati ni peramah, friendly and polite.. ok.. jom tgk apa yg we share ngan Yati during our class ya..

Alhamdulillah.. kelas selesai pukul 6.30 ptg despite all the noises n gangguan2 dari ank2 sy.. huhu.. harap yati berpuas hati ya.. jgn serik..
