Method : Hands on class

Ini adalah antara module yg akan diajar dlm kelas basic cupcake, selain drp demo membancuh butter/orange cupcake dan membancuh buttercream. Peserta akan diberi tunjuk ajar.. cara2 menggunakan tips/nozzle.. dan apa shj yg berkaitan dgn cupcakes bagi seorg beginners..

Kami juga menyediakan kelas personal.. one to one.. maximum utk 2 org utk satu kelas.. juga boleh ambil 2 class sehari.. contoh: basic cupcake class + basic fondant class = sehari

Hai everyone, let's have fun playing with fondant!! You will love it :D This is a great class for beginners who wants to learn playing with fondant..

What will you learn?
1. You will learn how roll it out and cut it, imprint designs, create dazzling color effects and form it into just about any shape
2. You will learn 9 different design:-

BASIC CUPCAKE DECORATING WITH BUTTERCREAM CLASS

As Salam

This is a class for beginners to cupcake decorating. At the end of the class participants will be familiar with basic cupcake icing technique which can be used as a base for creative cupcake decorating :D

Time: 10am- 5pm

Venue: Seri Medan, Batu Pahat

Fees: RM180

Participants: Maximum of 6 for each class

*Lunch will be provided

What will you learn in this class?

1. How to make cupcakes

2. How to prepare buttercream

3. How to prepare chocolate ganache

4. How to colour buttercream

6. How to ice the cupcakes

5. How to decorate the cupcakes using different nozzle with buttercream & piping jelly

Participants may deco 16 cupcakes of their own

They are also entitle to orange and chocolate cupcake recipe as well as buttercream and chocolate ganache recipe
